AuDHD: Two Brains, One body - My Story of ADHD & Autism

This is the video of a presentation I did at the APNW (Autistic Professionals Network Wellington) meeting on the 20th of September 2026. In it I share my personal journey of discovering I am AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD), including growing up with multiple neurodivergent conditions, receiving an ADHD diagnosis in my twenties, and later uncovering I was also autistic.

I reflect on how these discoveries reshaped my understanding of myself, my experiences, and my life journey.
